As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified Life Coach with more than 35 years of experience in behavior modification, I feel very fortunate to walk alongside my clients as they progress on their journey of self-exploration and discovery.

I am grateful to have helped many individuals through major life changes, including assisting college graduates finding their place in the world, parents re-imagining their new role with adult children, and individuals preparing for retirement.

Witnessing many couples and families heal ruptured relationships, and adults healing early childhood wounds, I am continually in awe of the resilience of the human spirit.
